Together, this group
will be forging a definition of professional roles and
criteria for certification in the roles through a
combination of experience, training and testing. (Details to
be determined by the committees themselves)
STANDARDS
In tandem with the certification
activities will be the initiation of our standards
committees. These groups will be commissioned with
responsibility for defining the KPI's, task lists and
assurance activities that define "coverage" within the
different domains of RA.
BENCHMARKS
Finally, the benchmark committee
will provide the key ingredient that puts it all together.
By combining the information from the Certification and
Standards groups, the Benchmark committee will publish
surveys, asking our over 200 member companies to let us
know:
a) How things are being done today
b) How they think things should be
done
By combining the efforts of these
groups, GRAPA will be able to provide the industry with a
badly needed structure and discipline to drive the
profession forward.
