Benchmark Purpose:
The purpose of this Benchmark is to provide GRAPA members with some basic
benchmark information regarding the size, nature, and
function of the revenue assurance team within
different companies (based on carrier size, region, country, and service lines).
This information will help Revenue
Assurance professionals compare themselves to others around the world.
