Academy
The Revenue Assurance Academy (RAA) is
part of is the official training group of the Global Revenue Assurance
Professionals Association. RAA is a company dedicated to the
development of training and certification standards for revenue
assurance professionals.
 We offer a complete range of revenue
assurance training classes at venues around the world, several times
a year.
Our curriculum ranges from the
"Introduction to Revenue Assurance Workshop" (RA001) for the novice to
RA, to our most advanced 'Revenue Assurance Managers Workshop"
class (RA010).
Detailed classes are also available
covering the full range or RA coverage areas including network
assurance, fraud, prepaid, postpaid, roaming, 3G, NGN, and many
others.
