This questionnaire will help provide you with the information needed in deciding whether you would like to volunteer to be a GRAPA moderator and will provide us with the information in placing you in the right forum.  Please make sure to fill out all information indicated and read the sections carefully.

Moderator Section 1: Role of the forum in GRAPA
 

The forum is the backbone of GRAPA. It provides the mean for people to share their expertise and experiences at no cost, which is the biggest need professional have.  In order to function, someone has to make sure that people use the forum in the right way, post the right things in the right places, and make sure their questions are answered. All GRAPA moderators are volunteer based only, there will be no payment of any kind.

Moderator Section 2:  Policies
 

The following are the basic policies associated with the management of GRAPA forums. It is the responsibility of each moderator to understand and agree to help in the enforcement of these policies.

  1. Each moderator will be in charge of a different section in the forum

  2. Each section will have a theme or set of topics

  3. All questions and comments in that area need to go in that section of the forum

  4. No swearing, no inappropriate or offensive language will be allowed

  5. No discussion of any topics personal or political will be allowed. Only topics related to revenue assurance and fraud will be accepted

  6. No personal conflicts or arguments, only positive sharing of experiences and opinions

  7. No personal attacks on members

  8. Only certified GRAPA members are allowed to participate

  9. No vendors will be allowed to participate

  10. Students and selected consultants will be allowed if they have a waiver from the GRAPA membership manager (Carola Rusch)

  11. Everyone who submits something should be responded to within 48 hour

Moderator Section 3:  Role of Moderator
 

It will be the job of the moderator to do the following tasks:

  1. Enforce Policies:

    1. Make sure no inappropriate language

    2. Make sure no inappropriate topics

  2. Refer the right topics to the right forums (if someone posts a question into your forum and it should be posted elsewhere, please move it there).

  3. Make sure everyone gets responded to within 48 hours (even if it is just a "thank you" note) - No one should post to the forum and feel that no one is paying attention

  4. Answer questions that people ask that you feel qualified to answer yourself

    or

  5. Get someone else to answer the question or contact Jonathan Yesulis

Moderator Section 4:  Moderator Privileges
 

Each moderator will be provided with the following:

  1. Each moderator will be requested to give a picture and short bio to be posted which will be posted on the GRAPA site under (ABOUT US)

  2. Each moderator will be identified in the Forum as a moderator

  3. GRAPA management team will send an announcement email to all members introducing the moderator, his topics, and inviting participation

  4. GRAPA management will send 3 forum activity stimulation Advertisements for the forum per year to encourage GRAPA member to use the forum
