The GRAPA South East Asia Regional Group provides a common place where members can discuss unique revenue assurance and internal audit issues of concern, challenges, solutions, share ideas, latest trends, network, etc.

 We are pleased and excited to announce the beginning of activities for the South East Asia committee. This committee is being headed by Andriady Indra. Andriady comes to us with experience in project management of RA systems for mobile, of customer care and billing systems as well as system analyst for international carrier settlement, domestic interconnection, customer service management system for IDD service, VAS billing systems, payroll systems and human management systems.

Andriady's first challenge is to determine where we currently have members in his region and recruit members.
