The GRAPA North American Regional
Group provides a common place where members can discuss unique
revenue assurance and internal audit issues of concern, challenges,
solutions, share ideas, latest trends, network, etc.
 We
are pleased and excited to announce the beginning of activities for
the North America
committee. This committee is being headed by John Myers.
John is the founder/principle of the Blue Buffalo Group, a
telecommunications and business intelligence analysis firm. John
with more than 10 years experience in information technology and
business intelligence has been internationally recognized as an
expert in many areas of telecoms operations including extensive
experience in telecoms revenue assurance.
