The GRAPA Indian Subcontinent Regional Group
provides a common place where members can discuss unique revenue
assurance and internal audit issues of concern, challenges,
solutions, share ideas, latest trends, network, etc.
We
are pleased and excited to announce the beginning of activities for
the Indian Subcontinent committee. This committee is being headed by
Sriram Dharmarajan.
Sriram
comes to us with experience in Revenue Assurance, Billing,
Fraud and Customer Service. Sriram has a
Bachelor degree in Physics and a Post Graduate
degree in General Management. He is comfortable
with 5 Indian Languages, English and a some
Spanish.
Sriram's first challenge is to
determine where we currently have members in his region and recruit
members.
We
