We have so many new and exciting developments it is hard to know where to begin.

Website Upgrade

First of all, I am sure you can see all of the changes that have been made to our GRAPA site. As we move from being a "virtual" organization, to a real one, we find that we have more and more things to talk about. Especially important will be the GRAPA policies section. Here we will try to formalize our policies and publish them for your review.

Also included is our exciting new COMMERCIAL section. Finally, non-carrier revenue assurance companies and individuals will have a voice in GRAPA as well.

We'll tell you about some more of the exciting changes as they occur.
