RA Professional Advocacy Committee (RA PAC)

committee meeting

Convened by GRAPA, the Revenue Assurance Professional Advocacy Committee’s (RAPAC) central objective is to influence the perception and prestige of revenue assurance professionals within the telecommunications industry. RAPAC is motivated by the desire to publicize the incredible value revenue assurance brings to telecoms through the applications of industry standards by certified professionals.

RAPAC Mission and Vision

committee meeting

The central objective of RAPAC is to help carriers understand the incredible value and power of the revenue assurance. We understand how Revenue Assurance professionals are the true guardians of margins, profits and revenue within their organizations, and it is the goal of the PAC to spread this vision of Revenue Assurance throughout the industry.

RAPAC believes that revenue assurance professionals are one of the best investments a telecom can make. We have seen that when RA is implemented according to industry standards, Revenue Assurance professionals provide a hard financial return that is many times the investment made in them.

RAPAC has also been witness to those telecoms that have put a revenue assurance mindset at the center of their corporate DNA. By applying a large-scale revenue assurance focus, these organizations were able to create a huge competitive advantage. These telcos utilize RA to accelerate new product development, while helping mitigate the huge risks inherent in new launches, programs and promotions.

Given the many examples we have seen of Revenue Assurance success, GRAPA created the Professional Advocacy committee to increase industry awareness of the value of Revenue Assurance. It is our mission to promote the importance and scope of revenue assurance function, and empower the dedicated individuals who represent this profession.
