(HR) New Employee Induction Training Standards

Purpose: The purpose of the New Employee Induction Training Standards is to provide RA managers with guidelines for the efficient and comprehensive induction of new employees into the RA team.

Method: The Committee will develop specifications for the development of “Proof of Principle” projects which will create a comprehensive training regimen for new employees.

In order to verify the completeness and usefulness of the curriculum, the committee with then “bench test” this regimen through the development and execution of training modules.

Authority: An RA-PAC sub-committee has the authority to create a certification program, and to specify the criteria for qualification.

The New Employee Induction Training Sub-Committee has been directed to commission the creation of a model training program. Resources of the revenue assurance academy will be donated to provide free training to limited number of pilot partner organizations in order to attain validation of the usefulness of the material.

Short Term Deliverables: the subcommittee is commissioned to identify partner organization, create the training program specification (under the direction of the partner organization managers) and schedule development and delivery of the training program.

Committee Membership Qualifications: Experienced RA Managers. Preference will be given to Certified GRAPA Members
