Bio Information:
Pamela Noriega is our chairperson for Bolivia and the surrounding area.  She has extensive extensive experience in  Finance, Risk Analysis, Project Management and Implementation of New Technologies in industries such as banking and Telecom.

She has three years experience in one of the major telecom companies in Bolivia as a Revenue  Assurance and Fraud  Manager. Mainly focused in the accomplishments of new strategies in the area in order to deliver added value in the operations.

As the Chairman for Bolivia, will be conducting and delivering services to all GRAPA Spanish speaking members.
