Title: Gabon Chairperson Bio Information: Baba has a degree in computer science from the Polytechnic Institute of Yamaussaukia. He has been an engineer for French Telecom and is currently the Director of Information Services for Moov. Baba provides strong leadership for the GRAPA membership in Gabon and surrounding countries, and is fluent in both French and English. Baba led the first French Speaking town hall meeting on the GRAPA standards in 2008. |
