Frequently Asked Questions
Q: What are the requirements to become a GRAPA member?
In order to become a GRAPA member all you need is a valid email address. It’s totally free and you’ll have access to all the free services GRAPA offers.
Q: Does GRAPA training and certification apply to other industries, such as Banking and Electricity sector?
GRAPA primarily serves the interests of telecom professionals. We may cover relevant topics on RA for other industries; however, it will be from the perspective of telecom practitioners.
Q: What are the pre-requisites for completing the CP-RA program? If my experience does not fulfill GRAPA's requirements, what options do I have?
Candidates who have at least six months of verified work experience in a telecoms-related area and who pass all exams and attend all 40 hours of class will be rewarded as a Certified Practitioner of Revenue Assurance (CP-RA).
Students who are unable to prove enough work experience get certified as Apprentice until they gain the required experience, then their certification is upgraded to fully certify.

Q: I am unable to attend a public event training event at this time. Does GRAPA offer training online?
We do not offer online training at this time. The GRAPA standards and training is constantly being updated. More importantly, GRAPA's training approach is not about certifying people with methodologies, it is about helping develop the professionalization of the practice of RA. To best achieve this objective, we strongly recommend members to attend one of our public or onsite events.
Q:What is GRAPA’s role in Latin America?
GRAPA is truly a global association of telecoms revenue
professionals, so our over 5000 members are from every part of the
world, including South America.
Because of the demand for Standards and Certification from our Latin
American members, we’ve even translated our Revenue Assurance Standards
Book into Spanish
