GRAPA 2012 Certification: New Certifications & Updated Programs
Since 2009, when the GRAPA Standards were launched and ratified, over 1000 members have registered for
certification, and begun gathering the training,
experience and other requirements necessary to obtain certification.
In October 2011, our first 20 GRAPA members attained
Specialist Certification through the new Hammerhead Initiative. With successful pilot
programs for mulitple Specialist Programs, an updated Telco Fraud Analyst Certification Program, and the continuation of our most popular Revenue Assurance Practitioner Certification Program, the current forecast is that over
1500
members will attain certification by the end of 2012.
